When taking the Evidence Based Birth® Childbirth Class, you and your partner will learn the evidence for your birth options in an online class format with other parents who are navigating their perinatal journey. Whether your intentions are for hospital, home, birth center, medicated, unmedicated, cesarean, or VBAC birth; the skills learned in this class will empower you to make decisions that that are right for your family. Private and group classes available!
In-person & Virtual
Educational prenatal and postpartum visits with professional guidance, unlimited phone/text accessibility, in-person birth support local to the DMV (home/birth centers), and referrals to the areas best providers. Contact me to discuss how I can help you to be educated on all of your options and sift through them to build a birth experience that fits your vision. Virtual support available for in and out of hospital birth anywhere.
